He should get prison time, and be permantemtly banned from working in schools, dayacares or law enforcement. In addition he should have lifetime parole that bars him from using, owning or even touching guns even ones he believes are fake. If he even so much as looks up a gun online he goes back to prison. 100% agree with this.
