Was he a disrespectful punk? Yeah, but that doesn't mean he deserves charges and JAIL. Holy shit a teenager at school is acting out? School staff should be able to handle something as simple as that. He didn't put his hands on anyone. He just had an attitude. If being a mouthy dick was enough for jail time, you'd have to put 90% of teens in jail.
