Partially what you mentioned, but also that it was just weak in general.
Kiyo was just too fucked up, and the twist came out of absolutely nowhere. Even 2-3 foreshadowed that Mikan was infected due to her high temperature.I also thought the seance scene was a bit odd, with the super loud crash in the middle, that somehow no one could locate where it came from. Maybe it's just me, but I think it'd be pretty easy to hear that it came from Kiyo's direction.BakonBitz posted... until you realize later that...he's actually the victim. His sister was the one who was manipulative and used his love for her in outlandish ways. This is supported by the fact that she was also helping to throw holy water at his ghost to have him dissolve into nothing in the execution scene.
Funny, I interpreted it pretty much the exact opposite way. His sister found him to be so fucked up that he needed to be deleted lol. Don't think I did his free time events though, so it's definitely possible that I missed some implications there.
