All this antagonizing and the most that has happened is some dudes getting angry. I've seen pranksters get knocked out in one video. You don't mess with people in the US. Shit happens and unexpectedly. If some one like this followed and harassed people, they would have either been beat or at least chased down to the point where he trips up or runs into a car or something.
