I spent a lot of time trying to design a house layout before going with a spec home from a builder and modifying it.
You want to try to minimize square footage devoted to hallways b/c it's kind of wasted space, but still have a logical layout.
This layout screams to me "minimize hallway space!" taken to the extreme.
No thanks, the whole house is like a weird maze.

You know, a lot of the issues would be fixed if it just had an opening in the wall of the living room to the existing hallway, so you don't have to walk around the entire fucking house counter-clockwise from the front door to get anywhere.
The "bedroom" w/ no windows/escape is straight up illegal to call a bedroom, lol
