He's not criticizing it at all. He's making a joke that's poking fun at her depiction overall, to both sides.

But for some reason, people looking to be offended can't be bothered to watch a short clip that's clearly joking.
Maybe it's because I don't know the guy, but it's very, very obvious it's playing off of the current situation because it's a hot topic :/

Seriously... just watch the clip. It's not gonna kill you. It's short. Put aside your crusade for 1:30 minutes and just watch it.

I went in expecting to hate it, but it turned out by watching the clip, the tweet was being highly selective about what he said.
