Anyone who EVER says "rape is hot," needs to be jailed. Period, no exceptions. They have demonstrated absolutely no societal value by expressing such an abhorrent and vile train of thought. We can absolutely do without people like that, regardless of whether or not they've actually done anything. No, you can't be allowed to express some sentiments in a functional society of laws and ethics. There is no excuse.
