Prior to being killed he went up to the ultimates (the avengers of the ultimate universe [thor,hulk, captain america, etc..]) after saving captain america to ask for help against hobgoblin but they basically told him to fuck off because they were busy or something lol. I actually don't remember that stuff about The Ultimates. But I remember he has to fight the Sinister Six all by himself.
