I'd never met her, she was a GM of a casual guild I was in outside of my raiding guild in WoW, a guild full of people that wouldn't ever see the inside of a raid otherwise, moreso her, so I at least go to carry her and the casual guildies through Firelands and Dragon Soul before she died.
