In the other 3 languages he sounds like a young man but in JP he has the 'female VA playing a prepubescent male' vibe.Yeah the English voice was weird at first but I've grown to like it and it does fit now that I know the character. He's this kind of dorky guy who is smart and passionate about the forest but has also had it up to here with all the careless people who don't respect the forest then come crying after they've fucked around and found out. But the Japanese voice... It's just all wrong. It makes no sense that he sounds like that, and we already have several other characters with the same vibe who DO look more the part.
