She completely screwed herself over in that caseany half-competent attorney could use the fact that she withheld removing the last demon until Donny Blaze (incredible name, btw, I do really enjoy a lot of the humor the show brings) agreed to abide by the cease and desist as evidence of coercion, and have the entire suit thrown out. She could probably even be disbarred for doing something like that. Saul Goodman would have had a field day. She didn't withhold getting rid of the last demon though so I don't think that would count as coercion. It's not like she forced an ultimatum on him. Moreso she was trying to get him to realize how badly he fucked up.
