If the employee doesnt want the insurance to cover their anti-HIV meds then they can just pay cash. If the employer doesnt want an insurance to cover HIV meds then they can find a different company to get insurance through. That or they can probably iron those things out through the contract with the insurance company. Why put a limit on employers when it doesnt negatively effect anyone? The only thing I can think of is that it effects the drug companys pockets.
