idk man the best advice I can give is is puke as soon as possible, bc for me that was always the turning point

I threw up this morning for no reason... but my first major attack I got waves of nausea that got so bad I had to stay in a closed bathroom, this bathroom has no windows and I ended up just sitting in the tub in the and every few minutes Id just start vomiting profusely and projectily... like I first tried to use the toilet and I was spraying around the toilet it was so hard. So I was just in the tub in the dark naked and just using the shower head to clean up after each wave... Im not even sure how long I was in there.
