There is no gender pay gap , men make more money because on average they work longer hours , more dangerous jobs , and more high performance jobs like being a doctor or an engineer. They are over represented in high paying fields , and that is with free will accounted for. Same way women are over represented in teaching and nursing. Honestly this was debunked so long ago and so many times I'm surprised people still believe it. Plus it's illegal in the US to pay women less so even if it happens they have legal recourse to sue . ... Copied to Clipboard! |
