Topic	medium-rare burgers is the most midwit foodie trend ever

It's not a serious concern for non-burger applications, because it's naturally going to be in some kind of sauce or vessel that will keep it from getting dry. But a burger is just ground beef in patty form, slapped on a girll or in a pan. You overcook that thing, it's going to be dry AF and bring down the whole sandwich with it. Medium well is probably the sweet spot where you're 100% sure it's safe and it's not a hockey puck, but I prefer to hedge a little, personally.
