It's a little hectic when you first get through the doors. The staff is quickly trying to get everyone in so don't hold up the line. Don't carry a lot of stuff and have your few items(phone, keys, wallet) in your hands before walking through the metal detectors. Wallet in front pockets if you're able. Easier to pick pocket if it's in your back pocket.

Generally the show somewhat starts around the start time on the ticket. Opening band will play for about an hour, there will be a 15-30 min break while they set up the stage for NIN. NIN will play then take a small break before the 3-4 song encore. Most cities have noise laws where a concert can't go past 11 or 11:30 so expect the concert to be over at that time.

Traffic is a nightmare when a concert ends. What I generally do is look up the setlist for the tour and start walking out during the last song. I'm out the parking lot by the time people even make it to their cars.
