Sure. But since theres no official gameshare, its a workaround that comes with certain risks. Not only that, but one console will have to be connected to the internet to play. A all times. And like physical, only one person can play each game at a given time. Id rather just use physical so we can still play on the go

it's not a work around, it's expressly stated by Nintendo (and Microsoft btw) how it works, both people can play the same game or different games at the same time.
