I guess it could be a dick move if you knew someone was allergic to a specific meat alternative, but the opposite of vegan isn't a carnivore and no one eats meat as some sort of protest or belief system.
Lmao, this isn't rocket science. Don't trick people into eating food they don't know. It has nothing to do with belief systems.
