| Grand_Kirby 08/29/22 10:47:19 PM #150: | Yeah Bed of Chaos is the worst fight in the franchise. That entire area of the game is rushed and it shows. The developers even apologized for it. And yet still, even after the suffering, I kind of have fondness for it in hindsight... As far as Solaire goes... yeah, he's fully gone. There is a way to save him from his fate, but it takes a lot of work, and it's too late now. You'll pretty much never figure it out on your first playthrough though, so don't feel too bad. You also missed the opportunity to meet a certain character that sheds a lot of light on the Bed of Chaos and the witches of Izalith. You'll have to replay the game to get another chance, but it's pretty hard to find that person anyway so I'll reveal in a spoiler a basic version of the story: --- Okay, I rolled a 14.
