So it's a pay per seat situation? If so, that makes sense because you're taking up their seats for an hour. If you had informed them within like ten minutes and they tried to charge you, that'd be bullshit, but you did occupy all 5 for quite a while. I'd try to have them make it up to you if you're good friends, but just let it go if you're not and maybe reconsider hanging out in the future.
