Avocado spread over toast with some smoked salmon is something I could eat every day.

I didn't know what avocado tasted like until I had Chipotle back in 2006ish. I heard they used it in their guacamole and I loved that shit. My opinion of avocados as a kid were pretentious vegetables that adults bought when they wanted to appear special. Turns out it's a fruit.

Then I worked as a cashier and saw lots of people bought them. I never actually had one until 2008. Boy was I missing out. I had lots of moronic preconceptions like that as a kid.
