They're definitely younger, less experienced, and not someone who'd fit in well in Saints Row 1. But personally I wasn't looking for that, and just wanted an open world sandbox with some fun activities. There are some story decisions I don't like. Though hopefully some of them can be fixed with expansions. (Or later in the story, I'm still not through yet). Also there's some activities that... kind of suck.
