I mean, I'd have to look into it, but I assume if your interest paid is less than interest owed, as long as you make your required payment, the rest would be covered, and interest won't be added. Part of your payment will still go towards interest, but the remaining interest you'd otherwise have to pay based on the interest rates of the loan would not be added.
