Now, it is true for some women that doing something benign or making a joke can go either way depending on your looks or appeal to them. Grabbing a woman's ass is an awful example as it is sexual assault. Reality is sad however, as once that same guy's mugshot goes viral hundreds of thousands of women will not care about his crime and drool over him and indeed try to get with him as has been seen many times. If you used an example like flirting, saying an "off color" joke or something like that, yes many times women will not react too harshly depending on your appeal to them.
