There are several scenes showing scenes that are indisputably from real life like
her dad trying to unplug her from life support and then there's the stuff with Bear, who
ends up adopting her and actually getting her taken from her abusive biological dad. . Tsukasa's trauma is very genuine, and that's why
she was such a great target for Morgana in the first placeHer dad's abuse (which I think is very easy to assume was based on him wanting a son, and not a daughter) did end up making her naturally distance herself from her real gender; altogether, Morgana never needed to do anything more than make her forget. As a personal aside, though Tsukasa isn't actually transgender, as a transwoman I do find her very relatable because of the abuse she suffered for not being who her dad wanted her to be, which is something many transgender people know from their own experiences with parents and even society at large.
