Topic	I hate how entitled people act in retail

I work in nursing now and its a 24/7 career where its not unusual to stay after 15 mins to 8 hours after a shift ends because someone didnt show up for their shift or was late. Now 8 hours is a big deal. 15 mins doesnt bother me much since Im still getting paid and after 8-12 hours of being on my feet serving patients an extra 15 mins isnt going to hurt me.
