He was very chill and personable and worked a lot harder than she did, and she would belittle him and talk shit constantly and act really entitled. It would have bothered the rest of us more if he didn't seem to kinda like the abuse >_> but that did not excuse her. She was never rude to me specifically so I didn't get involved in the shit-talking for the most part, but she was unpleasant enough that I had no cause to defend her in the slightest. but that being said, you aren't wrong. That place was... very cultivating of all kinds of toxic behavior and ideologies. It wouldn't be the same today (this was like 15 years ago), or at least wouldn't be able to be the same today.
