This was so horrible. I don't want to down play catcalling or any shit like that. But Bruce was grew up in a abusive household, he was hunted by his girlfriends father, he was tested one, captured, spent years of of his life on a different world, seemingly has mental illness and tried to the kill himself. To down play his issues is pretty gross. And I see it lot with guys.

I find it Bruce being the mature one here and not playing oppression Olympics. The whole point Bruce was trying to get at with that scene was that he wanted to make sure she could control her anger. This is new territory for the both of them and no doubt Bruce had a rougher life than she did but none of them no why she could control the "Hulk" better. Though we do know, from many comic book readers, that it's because she has less baggage to carry than Bruce and the only thing she was missing was self confidence, which is what the She-Hulk brings out.
