Topic	My anxiety attacks are at an all time high

I've had one full panic attack (was legit sitting on the floor yelling and throwing stuff around the room, completely out of control of myself and struggling to breath). That was about 2 years ago. Been able to handle my anxiety better since and started a low dose of anxiety medicine back in April because it started building up again. I don't have the luxury of income based rent but hopefully that helps while you get back to yourself. Work is the main cause of my anxiety and being able to step away for a while would have helped a lot. Leaving my job in 2 weeks though, starting something new elsewhere next month. --- We all ate the biscuits, Fighter. We can all see through time.
