What happens when you exaggerate for effect like you have, however, is that you get a bunch of automatic dismissal because what you've said is clearly not true. imagine the image, a woman forced to give birth to a headless baby. Then once the poor baby dies - remember, he had 1/4 of a head and no top of the skull, its a shocking sight and he/she must be in so much pain too - right after his/her last breath the woman is told that now she is sterile too. this is some sick horror movie stuff.
