no hate, but from what I've read, it kinda seems like she keeps you on a line, like, she's not into you the way you're into her, but she keeps you messing with you since she's maybe not looking for anyone else right now and uses you as a potential barrier for anyone approaching her and/or she gets the kinda attention she needs while she looks elsewhere/waits for something else.

maybe I'm wrong, and the two of you have a real unique situation going on, but from my experience, if she was into you, at this point, you'd know it.

Yeah, this is how I read it too. He wants to eventually end up in a relationship with her, but she just likes the attention she gets from him.

Hopefully that's not actually the case though.
