Teasing and banter. It can be fun and flirty so no need to write someone off over it, but some people don't know what other's boundaries are and can eventually reveal themselves to be just rude and cruel

Also, recreational drug use. It can be hard to tell early on if someone does it occasionally and in a "healthy" social way or too often in a toxic way. I've always been open minded with drugs but someone too into them is obviously gonna result in problems
