Flockaveli 08/15/22 9:58:09 AM #7: | I've never taken on a training plan, I just run a lot. I'm the CEman who runs at least 10 miles a day 6x a week with one of those runs being at least 20 miles. Uh just things that I've seen better my running are a forefoot strike, weight lifting, very cushioned shoes, great posture and a good diet. Lots of vegetables and carbs.
