Well, estrogen doesn't contribute to violence, aggression, and egotism nearly as much as testosterone and also generally leans towards caring instincts. Speculation but if those traits remain the same then there could be a lot less wars and crime and more focus on humanitarian efforts.
Research into support for war (In the US I must stress) has shown that the support for war is only split across the gender gap by approx 5%

And with a percentage that small the reasons for the gap might be more than just gender.
