Speculation but if those traits remain the same then there could be a lot less wars and crime and more focus on humanitarian efforts. Matriarchal societies tend to have females vastly outnumber males and even patriarchal societies generally have females outnumber males most of the time too. Meanwhile males outnumbering females is far far rarer. I think there's even a term for it but I forgot.
