| Ser_Jaker 08/13/22 12:19:34 AM #14: | Depends. I bartend at a very high end tequila/mezcal bar. It's 80% cocktails. You have to know your shit and memorize hundreds of classic cocktail specs. I'm highly introverted and don't like talking to people so this is perfect for me since I can talk about cocktails and agave for hours and keep people entertained. I absolutely could not work at a dive bar/pub,beer bar. That sounds dull and miserable to me. Clubs are usually where the dickheads are but it's fast paced and you're constantly busy and there's normally security to kick fuckwits out. I work in Australia so the wages are quite high but there's rarely any tips. Usually I'll make about $40 a week on tips. Which i would consider high --- "A human destiny, but nothing human inside..... What will be left of me when I`m dead?... There was nothing when I lived..." ... Copied to Clipboard! |
