Anything beyond "here is the salary, benefits, and expectations" is a waste of time on their part. I agree with this to an extent. An interview is good to see if you vibe with someone, which is also important. --- Fifty years from now when you're looking back on your life, don't you want to say you had the guts to get in the car? ...
