Fully charged PP shot to get rid of Elite shields and then a quick head shot w/ the BR. It is one of the best weapon combos in all the Halo games, but in Halo 2 it is especially OP. Vehicle hijacking in Halo 2 and 3 is also very OP, I find it a lot easier to sneak up on enemy tanks and just board them rather than shoot a million bullets at them if you don't have a rocket launcher.
