Confidence implies that you have a positive appraisal of your actions while bravery often means doing something you could be uncomfortable with A brave shy or insecure person asks questions A confident (or arrogant) person asks questions and sees no issue with it Confidence usually comes when you're not used to reprisal, or past reprisals are no more Arrogance is confidence in the face of reprisal --- "As usual, the zero rating will be reserved for Trump." ...
