Obviously there's no rape depicted in that scene, but that kiss was quite clearly not consensual, and at the end of the scene it is implied that he's going to blackmail her into fucking him or else lose her job. Unless there's some context missing in that scene this seems to be a clear case of Bond forcing himself on a woman in one of the older movies. yeah so that's called rape. it happens off-screen, which doesn't make it ok ...
