You'd think it'd be extra strong since it takes awhile to build up to Lv. 3, but guess not. Anyway, ~~Iota~~ liberated. Now let's see what my level will be when I'm done with their quests, lol. Then I can finally properly start the chapter. Was surprised there wasn't anything new for Colony 4, not even when I hit 4* affinity.
