IQs are extremely accurate predictors of success in society, especially with regards to capability in high science fields. They are also highly accurate on retests. That is absolutely not true. What you meant to say is ''intelligence is a high predicator of success'', with the IQ test itself being one of many ways to test the intelligence of a human being. The IQ test cannot gauge your adaptability, your creativity nor your social intelligence, which arer absolutely crucial to network and navigate the work field. And finally, your dedication and resilience are the ultimate determining factors of how well you'll do in your field. It's a combination of all those factors that determine your success in life.
