seems like there wont be any X-Men project in the MCU (other than Deadpool 3) until after Secret Wars.
Aside from the issues with actually introducing them, allegedly theres some contracts with producers at 20th Century Fox (and maybe actors?) that wont run out for a while still, so Marvel Studios and/or Disney dont want to do a new movie before those expire.

which honestly I am very ok with, because the MCU is already pretty dang crowded. even with all the projects they put out, we still go years between appearances of major characters

like who knows when theyll get a chance to address the White Vision issue

and itll probably be over two years between Shang-Chi appearances unless he makes some sudden cameo
