I respect that you believe that, but I feel I've been vague enough.

2. The "combat" uses the exact same system as the dialogue. For me and I'd wager most people, combat doesn't count as combat unless it has its own system

Plenty of games have the combat and exploration use the same system and no one seems to have trouble differentiating.

It's a matter of perspective.

Now if you were to say there is no separate set of game mechanics for combat, then I'd agree with you.
