Only thing I'd keep is learning from mistakes. Then again you could be my parents and by the time they are 40, stay 40 to 60 and from 60 to 80 attempt to get younger. My Mom literally said "Facts!" the other day. I cringed, shed a tear, and put on some Journey to take my mind off it.
