I still wear my wedding band, even though my spouse passed away over 4 years ago. It's a plain band made of tungsten. Because it's such a hard metal, it doesn't have even a single scratch even though I've worn it almost non-stop for 11 years.

I have a gold ring with a large sapphire, but the band cracked several years ago and I've never gotten around to getting it fixed. I probably should one of these days.

I also wear a watch, but it's more of a practical thing than jewelry. My current one is a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic in black. I used to wear a Citizen Skyhawk Blue Angels edition. That was more jewelry-ish, with a silver metal band. I think the rechargeable battery needs replacement because it doesn't seem to hold a charge any more.
