Trema (FF X-2) is the most fun I had fighting a superboss in the entire FF series, with Hell Wyrm (FF XII) in second place. All the others were just various degrees of luck-based chores (and Yiazmat was just Hell Wyrm amplified well past the point of tedium). For the most part, Skyrim's streamlining of the leveling system was a blessing after Oblivion.
