Some people who disliked the account sharing changes but not enough to cancel may have changed their minds because of Chappelle. It's pretty rare that people cancel a service they've used for years because of a single policy change. It's usually a lot of little things that add up. I would love to see numbers regarding how many Netflix subscribers truly cared one way or the other. We do know that some really supported Netflix backing Chappelle too, in addition to all of the angry people.
