Goat cheese is delicious on pizza, too Havarti is really good. In college, they had a pasta special once in a while, it was a "Havarti dill" creamy sauce. I wish I had tried to get the recipe, it was so good... I mean, I know it involved havarti, dill, milk, and heavy cream. Just not sure the proportions or what else.... googles out of curiousity Huh...they make "havarti dill" already together.
