He doesn't believe any of this shit. He's an opportunist. A 21st century Televangelist - a profiteer taking advantage of crazies. But at least Televangelists didn't preach on primetime news. Tucker is the worst possible kind of sleazeball - a man with zero beliefs (except the belief in the dollar) and zero morals.

And what makes that even worse is that he openly researches the lingo and knows how to give these people exactly what they want to hear.

I honestly don't think it makes a difference either for his personal morality or the effects of his rhetoric if he's a dyed-in-the-wool neo-nazi or just an opportunist tbh. Both lead to the same place. But yes, he clearly had reservations about the insurrection behind the scenes while openly downplaying it on air for example.

Not to always be citing Jason Stanley but he's also pretty sure we'll see a Carlson presidency in our lifetime so that's fun.
